Position: Business Development Officer – Pension
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Relationships Management
- Scheme Compliance
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Key Deliverables:
- Meeting set new business development targets and retention.
- Managing new customers and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Monitoring tender requests, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, and providing updates on tender status.
- Contributing to the growth of the pensions business through upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Diploma in Insurance.
Relevant Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
