Job Summary: As a Senior Customer Relations Officer at Watu Shule, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and enrolled students, as well as the team supervisor. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include:

1. Handling various customer-related tasks, including registration, scheduling, and addressing concerns.
2. Serving as the first point of contact for prospective and enrolled students, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing exceptional customer service.
3. Representing Watu Credit Ltd and implementing the company’s Customer Care plan, maintaining service standards, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
4. Providing information about training programs, the registration process, and licensing procedures, assisting students with enrollment and completing required forms.
5. Scheduling training sessions, coordinating instructor availability, and managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to answer inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
