Job Title: Production Worker

Reports to: Production Supervisor
Department: Production
Location: SPOUTS of Water Factory, Uganda

Purpose of the Job:

The Production Worker is responsible for performing all duties related to the production of the company’s products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsibilities Unique to the Role:

• Conduct various duties such as assembling raw materials, operating machines, and testing products to ensure effective production of quality ceramic water filters. (40%)
• Participate in the assembly and packaging processes to ensure the distribution of quality products from the factory. (40%)
• Adhere to SPOUTS standards of conduct, applicable policies, and legislation to maintain workplace safety. (10%)
• Fulfill any other roles assigned concerning departmental objectives. (10%)

People Management Responsibilities:

• None

Job Dimensions:

• Geographical Scope: Uganda

Requirements:

• Qualifications: O’Level or its equivalent
• Experience: Proven experience working in a factory environment
• Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English

Special Conditions:

• Regular travel between Head Office and the factory.
