Job Details:
Key Accountabilities:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
- Securing formulary listings in targeted key hospital accounts.
- Reporting on sales data and revenue progress.
- Establishing contracts with key accounts and devising joint business plans and rewards.
- Gathering market intelligence.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve common goals.
- Developing a pricing model that enhances Cipla’s margins and profitability.
- Continually exploring newer sales avenues.
Educational Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) or Business Administration (BBA) or Business Management (BBM).
- Strong commercial acumen and passion for achieving results.
- Proficient in business planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Demonstrated successful track record of growing key accounts in a sales role.
