Job Description:
CVPeople Tanzania is seeking a detail-oriented ICT Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The ICT Supervisor will oversee staff, manage repairs and installations, provide training, analyze processes, develop schedules, and delegate tasks. Additionally, the role involves optimizing strategies and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and suggest upgrades.
- Oversee system installation, including software and hardware.
- Conduct tests, troubleshoot, and ensure quality assurance.
- Implement safety procedures and data recovery plans.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
- Develop user manuals, policies, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals.
- Ensure timely completion of installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Delegate tasks, develop budgets, and work schedules.
- Stay updated with field advancements and provide refresher training.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Practical experience in system installation and maintenance, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
