Job Summary:
Cipla Quality Chemical Industries Limited is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in mechanical installation works, carrying out day-to-day mechanical maintenance, supervising fabrication works, and ensuring all machines and equipment are in proper working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mechanical installation works and day-to-day maintenance.
• Examine detailed drawings or specifications to determine material and equipment requirements.
• Supervise fabrication works and maintain up-to-date documentation including SOPs, checklists, and preventive maintenance records.
• Prepare periodic reports and conduct quality audits and self-inspections.
• Participate in the investigation of deviations and propose and implement changes through change control procedures.
• Conduct internal departmental training and assist in root cause analysis for non-conformities.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Superior computer skills, experience in RCM, RCA, and CAD preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in mechanical engineering in an industrial setting.
• Highly analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, flexible, and able to work well under pressure and in shifts if required.
