Job Title: Laboratory Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:
- Explore new business opportunities and support the growth of C-Lab.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Arrange business development meetings and negotiate agreements with potential facility partners.
- Prepare partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor revenue, analyze forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct research to identify emerging markets and client needs.
- Promote the company’s products and services, addressing client objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to foster lasting relationships.
- Implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue for C-Lab.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and potential clients to promote C-Lab services.
- Participate in developing and executing campaigns, organizing promotional events, and actively engaging in sales activities to attract and retain clients.
