JOB DETAILS:
The Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC) Limited, established under the Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) Act and the Petroleum (Refining, Conversion, Transmission and Midstream storage) Act of 2013, is a limited liability company wholly owned by the Government of Uganda.
The primary function of UNOC is to manage the State’s commercial interests in the Oil and Gas industry and ensure the sustainable exploitation of resources.
UNOC is offering Graduate Internship opportunities for a maximum of six (6) months – non-renewable contracts to recent graduates interested in beginning a career in the Oil and Gas industry.
Qualification/Course:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, Business Studies, or any other related field.
Key Requirements:
- Must provide a copy of University Degree Transcript obtained from a recognized University (i.e., Bachelor’s Degree).
- Must have a minimum of a 2nd class upper degree, with a minimum CGPA of 4.0.
- Must have scored a minimum of a Credit in Mathematics and English subjects at Ordinary Level (O’ level).
- Must have graduated not more than three years from the time of applying for this opportunity.
- Excellent communication skills.
