JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical
• Experience/Requirements: 1 to 3 years.
• Should have good knowledge in Bagasse-based high-pressure boiler DCS.
• Good knowledge in Boiler and auxiliaries, including steam lines PRDS, Pumps, Fans, Bagasse carries Belt conveyor, ESP, Pneumatic ash handling system, WTP boiler water quality, and other boiler-related equipment.
• Good knowledge in boiler start-up & shut down.
• Maintain all boiler operations Record log sheets.
• Supervising operations and instructing them to follow all boiler section operations as per the procedure and reporting to shift in charge.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work conditions.
• Strong Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to operational guidelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and superiors.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Associate Degree
