Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
About the Job:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience in a Procurement Department, with knowledge or experience of the PPDA Law being an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a Procurement Department.
- Experience or knowledge of the PPDA Law is an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators and Responsibilities:
- Timely handling of procurement requests from the different Group Business Units.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of goods, services, or works.
- Participate in the evaluation of bids to ensure Value for Money (VFM).
- Conduct supplier performance reviews for the improvement of services.
- Ensure 100% LPO delivery compliance.
- Follow up on invoicing and payment details.
- Engage stakeholders to promote best procurement practices and reduce complaints within the Group.
- Support contract management with end-user departments.
- Ensure compliance with the Company Procurement Plan.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the Head of Procurement on cost analysis vs. budget.
- Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
