Job Title: Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts and maintain accuracy in financial records.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations.
• Assist in managing the month-end close process and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
• Assist in monitoring and strategically managing cash flow to meet operational needs.
• Analyze and provide explanations for variances in financial performance.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct detailed analysis of COGS to identify errors, trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in costing and pricing products.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding accounts assistants, contributing to their professional development.
• Participate in the appraisal process for accounts assistants, providing valuable insights into their performance and growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA level 2 minimum).
• Proven experience in account reconciliation, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
