Job Summary: We seek qualified candidates to ensure the smooth administration of tests conducted by the British Council in Uganda. The selected candidates will be responsible for executing assigned test day duties and maintaining established standards. As part of the Uganda Exams team, they will collaborate closely with other test day personnel and service providers across various locations in the country.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- English language proficiency level of B1 (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing skills) or equivalent certification (e.g., Cambridge English PET, IELTS 5)
- Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in professionally addressing the needs of children, young adults, and parents to a high standard
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous invigilator experience
- Awareness of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
