Job Title: Child Sponsorship Systems Officer (Data Entry Jobs)

Job Summary: The Child Sponsorship Systems Officer will play a pivotal role in coordinating, monitoring, and providing technical support for quality cluster sponsorship operations within partnership standards to ensure the wellbeing of children.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of Child Sponsorship Systems:
- Oversee both technical and business processes of sponsorship systems within partnership guidelines.
- Conduct timely system upgrades, maintenance, and provide feedback on system requests.
- Support staff and partners in utilizing new technologies like the horizon mobile phone.
- Provide IT support to the Cluster/ AP and conduct system data quality audits.
Coordination of Child Sponsorship Operations:
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of child data and communications into Sponsorship systems.
- Generate, compile, analyze, and submit monthly reports on system and Child Wellbeing to management.
- Manage RC supplies and analyze various reports to guide programme/clusters effectively.
Management of Sponsorship Initiatives:
- Manage the implementation of Partnership initiatives in line with guidelines and timeframes.
- Develop AP initiative Implementation Plan and roll out accordingly.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff and partners on initiatives, ensuring 100% utilization.
Management of External Engagements:
- Facilitate quality and timely communication between Cluster, NO, and SOs.
- Coordinate sponsor visits and attend to sponsor queries, ensuring compliance with sponsorship standards.
- Document and report key findings from sponsor visits and opportunities for Programme improvement.
Child and Adult Safeguarding:
- Ensure compliance with child and adult safeguarding policies and guidelines.
- Monitor child wellbeing and report any violations promptly.
- Work with the Child Protection Officer to maintain safeguarding standards at the cluster/AP.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- University Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Library and Information, or related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in data entry, analysis, presentation, and database management.
- Proficient computer skills in Windows, MS Office Suite, MS Access, and data analysis tools.
- Must be a committed Christian.
