Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer invoices according to personal product and numeric specifications provided.
• Accurately prepare customer quotations and tailor paper to suite customer order needs for processing
• Respond to customer queries or refer them to the necessary responsible channels for assistance where necessary
• Provide customers with excellent service while processing their orders.
• Achieve personal referral goals and actively participate in sales promotion activities and take part in weekly sales meetings.
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair friendly and courteous service.
• Work accurately while minimizing on customer, process and system related errors.
• Resolve customer issues and respond to customer queries or refer them to the appropriate service channels where necessary.
• In charge of daily reconciliation and verification of payment method indicated on the customer receipts.
• Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing authorization parties.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in accounts, Finance, Business Administration or other business-related courses.
• 2 years and above of working experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to communicate clearly and within context
• Attentive to alternative views, open-minded and flexible
• Highly customer-centric
• Works accurately and with an eye for detail
• Ability to suggest improvements to the various processes and procedures in the business
• Ability to communicate clearly, both internal and external
