Job Title: Visa Officer

Organization:  Embassy of France

Workplace: Embassy of France in Uganda, plot 16 Lumumba avenue, Nakasero, Kampala

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome the public and receive their visa applications;
• Check the contents of the files;
• Study files and enter an opinion on the file;
• Print visa stickers or refusal decisions;
• Classify and archive.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluency in English language (spoken and written);
• Good knowledge of French language (spoken and written);
• Having a good skill of discernment;
• Liking the contact with the public;
• Having the sense of organization;
• Confidentiality, discretion, availability.
