Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Real estate marketing and Social media executive who can elevate our online presence and engage our clients across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and displaying advertising campaigns.
- Design and build a social media strategy that amplifies our brand while ensuring a consistent and impactful online presence
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Create, post, and manage social media information and marketing across platforms as per the marketing plan.
- Monitor Social trends within the real estate industry to inform content creation and strategy.
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social campaigns, adjusting strategies to drive better results
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
- Collaborate with the team about ideas.
- Maintain a monthly Social media Calender
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in a marketing field with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Proven experience as a social media manager in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices
- Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate Industry
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Video-editing skills ie. turning existing videos into engaging and fun reels or short video clips is an added advantage.
