Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspectors.

Duty Station: Various districts
Key responsibilities:
- Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
- Conduct quality training programs to all employees with emphasis on product quality, customer feedback and continuous improvement through identification and analysis of customer requirements.
- Create and implement systems that ensure quality within the manufacturing process aimed at preventing defective products and reprocessing of products.
- Accountable for disposition of non–conforming product based on quality checks/ and inspection results.
- Participate in root causes and corrective actions from product quality defects/ consumer/ customer complaints and implement corrective actions with plant operations team.
- Routine inspection of all measuring devices to ensure accuracy
- Ensure proper housekeeping by immediately informing the shift leader of any areas observed that do not conform to the set standards.
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to shift leader.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Provide sales with process/product testing data per customer’s needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least BSc. Industrial Chemistry or BSc Chemistry With honors in a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably Manufacturing set-up.
