Job Title: Universal Banker

Duty Station:  Kampala

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all risk and compliance requirements when executing on client demand e.g. manage the risks associated with new accounts, mandates, and specimen signatures (physical branch only e.g., use of online fingerprint verification, scanning at source, eSign, etc.).
• Adhere to the purpose and team principles (i.e. holding each other accountable).
• Build relationships with other team members.
• Learn and develop an understanding of the financial and regulatory framework.
• Perform any Universal Banker tasks under supervision and at the discretion of the team leader.

Minimum Requirements

• First Degree in Business Studies or a related field from a reputable university
• At least two years of branch banking experience with a good understanding of bank processes, policies, and products
• Sales experience with a proven track record of performance
• Exposure to customer service required
