Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kampala
Job Summary
The sales executive will develop sales at Edelle Optics, meeting physically with potential customers and also handle customer calls. He or She will work closely with the Optometrist at the clinic and will directly report to the manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Increase awareness about clear eye sight to all clients
- Explain benefits of wearing glasses
- Listen, look and help people choose frames
- Follow up with potential customers over the phone, answering questions related to pricing, payment and delivery
- Ensure smooth running of the eye clinic
- Any other roles assigned by the supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in relevant Business Administration or any other related field
- Experience in sales and customer service in an Optical Clinic is an added advantage
