Job Title: Card Assistant

Duty Station: Kampala
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist the project team in preparing client roll out plan.
- Regular follow up to ensure training needs are assessed and met
- Assist Customers during the pilot process from start to end of transaction.
- Ensure all requests are sent to Back office for processing and inform customer about processing time
- Give timely feedback on deployment progress and station staff training
- identify training needs and familiarize station staff with new castle EPTs and their interface
- Run demos for onsite and offsite trainings for Customer Attendants, Supervisors, Dealers (pilot and live)
- Assist CSEs in carrying out on site trainings for Myfuel+ and develop commissioning checklist.
- Identify dealer training needs and formally communicate on impact of change in transaction process on dealers.
- Conduct basic on-site training for dealer on internet basic information provided by project team, TFTS
- Report any gaps between current (Tom card) and Myfuel+ customer journey and report to the project team accordingly.
- Identify changes in extranet and card application process and train existing clients.
- Ensure all requests are sent to Back office for processing and inform customer about processing time
- Send forms for blocked card requests or change in parameters by email
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- The applicant for the TotalEnergies Card Assistant job must hold a Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Business Computing and Computer Science
- Data collection and management skills
- At least one year of working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in information/ database systems
- High levels of integrity, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willing to travel within the country when need arises.
