Paribet is a mobile sports betting company with a presence in Cameroon and Uganda, and plans to expand to four other African countries by the beginning of 2023. We are marketing a simple to use, Football only sportsbook. SIMPLE, FAST, FOOTBALL BETS. Mobile betting and the growth of efficient digital payment solutions and mobile money have reached a structural convergence in the African gaming sector, which Paribet is exploiting. We are focusing on the internet – mobile & web channels as the key interaction with clients and exchange of capital and winning payment throughout Africa.

Job Summary:

Responsible for sales activities through close-in and assigned neighbourhood, markets and locations as the case may be to inform the public about the paribet products & services, and also assist in final opening of new customer’s account and First Time Deposits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To sell the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Combines customer service and listening skills with marketing knowledge to persuade people to sign-up and deposit.
• Spend time initiating contact with the public and often must walk through neighbourhoods, streets, or shopping malls and markets to connect with people in their primary target areas.
• Promote the firm’s products & services; helps to deliver sales targets
• Acts as an ambassador for the company’s product

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Outward appearance is presentable
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to relate to people in a friendly, trustworthy and professional manner
• To educate the public about the products they sell
• Good selling Skills
• Good negotiation Skills
• Good Team spirit
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Experience & Training:

• Football lover, Understanding of Sports Betting, and any combination of experience to the position is eligible to apply.

Qualification:

• Minimum of a High School Certificate.
