Job Title: Tx Engineer – Exquisite Solution Uganda Jobs 2022

Job Location: Fort Portal

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete Tx maintenance tasks/ KPI monitoring/ configuration and troubleshooting
• Technical reporting/communication with the operator on network issue, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement, clarifying and replying questions.
• Responsible for the trouble ticket and complain resolving SLA achievement / reports delivery in time.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience;

• At least 3 years of Huawei IP equipment experience
• Proficient in OSPF、ISIS、BGP、IPV6、EVPN、SRV6、L2L3VPN、QOS
• High sense of responsibility, track and follow assigned issue until its solved.
• Strong communication skills,rich experience in team management
• Loyal to the position and company;
• Have strong awareness of information security and protection.

Priority Qualifications;

• Familiar with IP network E2E performance analysis and improvement.
• Technical report and presentation capability
