Carlcare Service Limited was established in Hong Kong in 2009 with an aim to provide professional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumer products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Currently, Carlcare is providing full service support for TECNO, Infinix and Itel, three worldwide famous mobile phone brands.

Job Summary:

Carlcare Service Limited is looking for a FAE Technician to resolve quality problems and offer technical support to the issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analysis and repair transsion phones

• Achieve/Meet set analysis targets
• Excellent analysis quality to avoid wrong judgment
• Correct diagnosis of problems
• Solutions offered to problems
• Excellent analysis the datum performance of repair pick-up phones

Minimum Qualifications

• The applicant must hold a Diploma or Degree level in IT, Engineering, Telecommunication or Computer Science with skills in PCBA and phone repairs
• At least two years of experience in mobile phone repair and analysis
• Be good at computer and office software operation,
• Fluent in English as work language
• Ability to communicate smoothly
• Smart clever and resourceful FAE technician
• Age: 30~38 years
• Gender: Male;
