All In Trade Limited is a private Ugandan registered company incorporated in November 2008, dealing in provision and maintenance of reliable and affordable solar energy systems, power backup systems, electrical services, wind energy systems, power protection systems and other renewable energy solutions to the population of Uganda and the neighboring East African countries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Office Sanitation and hygiene. Ensure all areas that is, Showroom, pantry, workshop, back office, meeting room, washrooms and garden are well maintained.
- Fill and confirm supplies requisition forms before they are signed by the approver.
- Promptly Notify the supervisor about ant office equipment malfunction.
- Check company mailing box, sort and distribute the incoming and interoffice mails, memos and other form of communication.
- Scan Documents make photocopies and correctly deliver the requirements according to the instructions given.
- Backup office frontline operatives in their absence. Duties include, welcoming clients, answering phone calls and transferring calls to the intended recipients, recording activities on the notice board.
- Assisting other departments.
- Performing all other assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be Computer literate.
- Good command of the English language and very good writing skills
