DB Schenker is a division of German rail operator Deutsche Bahn that focuses on logistics. The company was acquired by Deutsche Bahn as Schenker-Stinnes in 2002. It comprises divisions for air, land, sea freight, and Contract Logistics.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Delivering and collection documents and cargo in accordance with company regulations
- Ensuring the equipment is clean, in good condition and not used for non-official tasks
- Proper care of assigned vehicle ensuring all accessories therein are properly secured
- Strict adherence to company and traffic regulations
- Reporting any tear and wear, ensuring prompt repair
- Night shift i.e. delivery of cargo – export to difference shades as instructed by the shift supervisor
- Any other duties within the scope of your job as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
- The applicant should have completed a high school education
- Three years of driving experience and an accident-free record
- Must have a valid driving license
