CEYLEX Engineering (Pvt) Ltd Profile:

Ceylex Engineering, formerly known as LTL Projects is a Diversified Engineering Organisation engaged in the engineering and construction of large scale.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Preparing financial reports.
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The ideal applicant must hold a degree in Accounting & Finance from a reputed university
• Completed level (3) in CPA or similar qualification
• At least two years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed local or foreign organisation
• Previous experience in an engineering or construction related entity shall be an added advantage.
• IT Literacy and Excellent command of English
• With expose to ERP environment, SAP & QB preferred
