Job Profile:
The candidate will support the organisation in identifying aspects of non-compliance and implementing company policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Timely execution of assigned activities
- Quality of issues identified & recommendations made
- Follow-upon timely implementation of recommendations
- 100% execution and completion of the audit plan
- Reduction in retail & other frauds
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other business-related field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, training and mentoring skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Handle multiple tasks & deadlines with a proactive approach
- Good judgement and decision-making
- Good problem-solving skills and professional scepticism
