Wild is a coffee startup from Uganda on a mission to change the coffee industry. While big companies far away from where the coffee grows make lots of money, the countries where the coffee is grown do not benefit. we want to change this.
Wild has bold ambitions and is working to expand our brand and product reach
Roles and responsibilities:
As a Business Administration intern your typical day would include:
+ Maintain store inventory, retail operating costs, budgets and resources
+ Coordinate daily customer service operations (eg sales processes, order and payments)
+ Service provider coordination
+ Work with our marketing team in planning strategies to attract new customers
+ Analyse consumer behaviour and suggest product positioning
+ Create reports and analyse retail data, revenue. expenses competition etc
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree or better in a relevant field
+ A firm ability to work independently and solve tasks assigned without supervision
+ A creative, self-motivated mindset, being able to suggest and take charge of tasks
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ A great team player
+ Effective communication skills. both written and verbal
+ Has a conscientious and professional approach to all tasks
+ Always willing to learn new skills needed to solve new challenges
+ Valid drivers license and the ability to safely drive in Kampala and beyond

How long is the internship for?
‘The initial stage is one week and if approved, the internship will be extended for one month and possibly for three months. Ultimately it may lead to a full-time position for the right candidate.
