About The Vivo Energy Apprenticeship Programme 2019

The Vivo Energy apprenticeship programme is an occupational skills training programme to provide new graduates with on-the-job experience. Vivo Energy is constantly looking to recruit the best students and graduates in the marketplace, and then to nurture and develop them with a view to helping them establish themselves as future leaders of the business.

The Vivo Energy Apprenticeship Programme seeks young, smart and driven graduates to join them for one year and render support in various aspects of the business while gaining valuable experience in one of the world’s leading energy firms.

We ensure that new recruits are provided with a working environment conducive to their career development goals and expectations. One of our main priorities is, therefore, to ensure they are developed and supported appropriately while they go about establishing themselves at Vivo Energy. This support includes regular evaluation and feedback on performance, and access to all the coaching, mentoring and personal development opportunities they need to take their careers to the next level.

The programme aims to develop future talent by offering training and learning opportunities to top talent from local universities, helping them develop their potential, and with the opportunity of being offered employment within the company should the occasion arise.

Vivo Energy apprentices receive payment for the work they do while undergoing training to grow their skills and experience.

The Vivo Energy apprenticeship programme runs for a period of 12 months. During this time, apprentices are assigned several projects to test their capabilities and provide them with growth opportunities. They undergo structured performance analysis every two months. The programme recruits five apprentices every year.

Eligibility

• At least an honors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social sciences, Engineering, and any other related disciplines.
• You must have graduated either within the last 2 years or just finished (yet to graduate)
• A first or second class degree is an added advantage
