Job Title: Administrative and Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:
AICAD Uganda Jobs: The Administrative and Accounts Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative matters, handle accounts matters, Submit Quarterly accountability reports to Headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, file various account/administrative correspondences and ensure proper record maintenance, and perform any other duties as required by the immediate supervisor.
About US:
African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD) is a regional international institution whose main mandate is poverty reduction through human resource capacity development. The institute is jointly funded by the governments of Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. The AICAD Head Office is located in Juja Kenya. AICAD has country offices in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda located at Egerton University, Nakuru, Sokoine University of Agriculture, Morogoro, and Makerere University in Kampala, respectively.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a bias in Accounting or Banking and Finance.
- Previous experience working with a Regional International Organization will be highly considered.
- The candidate should have competence in Computer literacy especially in MS Office applications and good command of oral and written English.
- Age: Between 30-40 years
