Roles & Responsibility
• Preparing, planning and managing the publication of all material to ensure maximum brand promotion.
• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed in time.
• Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to both new and existing customers.
• Reporting to the marketing manager daily marketing activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrating and presenting products detail to the costumers.
• Attending trade exhibitions, promotional events, conferences and meetings
• Sell the retail products, goods and services to customers.
• Find out what customers want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc
• Focus on inside sales, which typically involves “cold calling” for new clients from the office.
• Outside sales, which involves visiting both existing and new clients in the field.
• Analyze and investigate price, demand and competition.
• Innovate new ideas and strategies
• Organize events and product exhibitions

 Education & key skills
• Qualifications in Marketing or an equivalent
• Good command in English and Luganda.
• Knowledge of other local languages is an added advantage
• Should be confident, patient and ready to persevere.
• Prior sales experience is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness
• Team player
• Should be Honest and reliable.
• Should be well versed with Kampala and it’s neighboring surroundings
• Ready to work on meeting monthly targets
