Job Description
Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an International independent medical humanitarian Organization that delivers aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics,natural disasters and exclusion from health care. MSF offers assistance to people based on need irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
MSF is looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position below for it’s Kampala Office.

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Map key stake holders and their policies
- Collect data ( using web resources, newspapers, meetings etc)
- Contribute to writing reports
- Support the Regional Advocacy Advisor in analyzing information for all countries covered
- Propose advocacy avenues
Education & Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Sciences/ Public Health Experience:
- Experience with HIV Civil Society Organisations Knowledge:
- Knowledge of French is an asset
Competences/ Skills:
Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
NOTE

Question 1 : HIV ( 200 words) According to your experience, what is the most challenging aspect of living with HIV?
Question 2 : Funding (200 words) With HIV requiring lifelong drugs, how do you see the role of international donors and the international community?
Question 3 : HIV & Uganda (300 words) As a Ugandan, what do you think is the most pressing issue with regards to HIV?
