Job Summary: The Senior Accounts Assistant will ensure that financial management regulations are adhered to.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will process staff personal emoluments
- Prepare budget estimates
- The jobholder will also receive and disburse funds as authorized
- Maintain proper cash accounts and prepare both monthly and daily abstracts
- Prepare monthly and annual books of accounts for the institution
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants should preferably hold a diplomas in Business Studies/Business Administration (Accounting option) or professional qualifications such as ACCA from a recognized University or training institution.
